The Kool Stop Tire Bead Jack is an articulated tool with a comfortable grip for installing really tight tires.
The hinged end uses the rigid piece against the rim edge as a pivot point, while the hinged end lifts the bead up and over the opposite rim edge.
This is an excellent tool for dealing with difficult tires.
