The structure consists of ten individual gears, with the last two pinions machined from solid. The intermediate pinions and the pinions in the last and penultimate positions are made of Ergal AL 7075 T6 aluminum alloy with hard anodizing (HT). This treatment increases hardness, smoothness and durability. The pinions in the first and second positions, on the other hand, are made of alloy steel. The spacers and the locking ring are made of Ergal AL 7075 T6 aluminum alloy and complete the set-up.
