Description
The Vinci stem is the first Deda stem to allow fully integrated
cable routing when mounted with a Deda handlebar with the new DCR
(Deda internal cable routing) system. Vinci is the most versatile
stem on the market, compatible with both traditional 1-1/8" steerer
tubes and 1-1/4" forks. The DCR system works with a standard
tapered steerer tube with a 1-1/8" top diameter, but requires a
52mm (1.5") top headset bearing. The stem leaves room at the rear
for the cables to fit in the gap between the headset bearing and
the fork. The Vinci stem system features special spacers that form
the channels for the housing cables. The spacers have slots that
allow them to be folded open. They can be added or removed to
achieve the right fit without having to remove all the cables. The
innovative 3D forging technology and flat design provide better
aero performance. The aero-integrated top cap, headset spacer and
aluminum sleeve adapter for 1-1/8" steerer tubes complete the
included accessories range. Available in polished on black (pob)
finish.
