Dynamo diode rear light with integrated LineTec technology and
large-area reflector. The innovative LineTec technology from Busch
& Müller opens up completely new dimensions of safety for
cyclists in the dark. This technology is the outstanding feature of
the new dynamo diode rear light TOPLIGHT Line plus: In the strip
above the minimized large-area reflector there is a patented lens
system that fans out the light from two LEDs into a continuous,
brilliant red light strip. Instead of a lonely point of light,
which makes it almost impossible for traffic behind to judge the
distance in the "spaceless" darkness, an approaching driver now
sees the bright and homogeneous strip of the TOPLIGHT Line plus.
This spatial relationship makes him more sensitive to the distance
to the bike. But the rear light also lights up on the sides,
creating a generous beam angle of around 320° and thus achieving
good visibility from almost all sides. After just about three
minutes of driving, the standard integrated, fully automatic
parking light is already charged. It goes out four minutes after
the end of the journey, but can also be deactivated manually by
pressing the easily accessible switch on the back if you don't want
to attract thieves when parking. If you still need light for a
longer period of time, just let the bike roll briefly and the
parking light will light up again as long as the charge on the
integrated capacitor allows it. But Busch & Müller is setting
new standards not only in terms of technology, but also in terms of
design. Slim and compact, the TOPLIGHT Line plus cuts a fine figure
on any luggage rack, no matter how narrow it is, and at just 53 g
it is a real flyweight among rear lights. It is securely attached
to the luggage rack with two screw bolts, the mounting distance is
80 mm.
