The AXA Linq 180 is an extra strong, approved (ART 2-star, Sold
Secure Gold and Varefakta) lock because the chain links extend into
the clasp. The high-quality chain is ideal for (additionally)
securing your bike. With a length of 180 cm, it is an ideal lock
for attaching a cargo bike to the fixed world.
The smooth locking mechanism is operated with a symmetrical key,
so it doesn't matter which side of the key you insert into the
lock. The last chain link is fixed in the lock housing by a
so-called “deadbolt” fastener for a particularly secure connection.
If it happens that you have lost your bike key then that is not a
problem. With the online locksmith service you can easily order an
additional key at any time. The rubber grips on the lock housing
provide additional grip when operating the lock. The AXA Linq has a
black cover to protect the bike from scratches.
