FAQ


What is the easiest way to become our customer?
In our shop you will find the button "New customer". Click on it, fill out the form, email or fax it together with your business registration to info@ccm-sport.de. Our staff will then contact you with your customer number and access data.


What delivery time should I expect?
Almost all orders are processed by us on the same day they are ordered and handed over to the transport company (Mon – Thu 15:30 / Fri 13:00).


What payment options are available?
You can pay CCM-Sport by SEPA direct debit or prepayment. SEPA orders are stored in the shipping company’s collection container a few minutes after receipt of the order. In the case of prepayment, we wait until we receive your payment or payment proof, which we check several times a day.


Backorders - what happens if ordered items are not available?
You decide whether we maintain or delete backorders for you! We then put out-of-stock items on backorder. If we receive them, they will be reserved for you immediately. Freight paid deliveries (from 250.00 EUR) will be invoiced and dispatched, smaller items will be added to your next order. If you do not place any orders for a few weeks, we will also deliver small orders without a second consultation.
You can always find your backorders listed in the shop. You can cancel backorders informally at any time.


Are there detailed data on the items?
We provide extensive data records of the items we sell for your ordering systems and online shops. You will find the item description, delivery status, GTIN or sales prices and much more data updated on a daily basis. The CSV file can be downloaded from the shop at any time.


How long do I have to make a prepayment transfer?
When you receive our proforma-invoice, the parcel is ready for dispatch on our shelves. It is no longer possible to add to the delivery. The payment deadline is seven days.


Can I change my order at a later date?
With every order, we assume that you want it as quickly as possible. A few minutes after receipt, an employee collects the goods and packs them. So you would only have a very short time!
Please reorder any items you have overlooked. Use our shopping basket storage!


What is a direct order?
After logging into the shop, you will find the menu item "Direct order" on the right-hand side. You can use this to immediately enter all items in the mask for which you have our article number. Very efficient for regular items: Enter the number and quantity - and it's in your shopping basket.
Ideal for orders with our print catalogue!


How does the CSV import work for orders?
Single, few articles via the "direct order" - many articles via a CSV file! Fill empty CSV file as in the example (quantity; article number/EAN):
5; 558000
2; 411530
A file filled in this way would add 5 Ultegra pedals and 2 Conti 5000 tyres to your shopping basket.


How are returns processed?
In the footer of our shop you will find a form for returns of all kinds. The form contains all the information you need and can be completed on your computer. Please make sure it is complete, print it out and enclose it with your return delivery.


How can I change my password?
We set a standard password when you register as a customer. Once you have changed your password, we have no way of reading your password. You can make changes at any time in your customer area on the right-hand side.
Forgot your password? Use the button on the start page, and you'll have a new one in seconds.


Can I track my order?
Shortly after 4 p.m., we send all the day's orders to the transport companies. They will send you the link to track your shipment shortly afterwards.


How does Veloconnect work?
Veloconnect is a digital communication standard for direct and efficient data exchange between bicycle dealers and their business partners. You will find the Veloconnect link after successful registration in the shopping basket area of the CCM-Sport shop.
